User Guide for Telegram Bot `@InstaDuper_bot`

What the bot can do

The bot helps you download publicly available Instagram content and receive new publications through subscriptions to selected profiles.

Supported content:

posts;
short videos;
long videos;
current stories;
story highlights;
captions with publication text and a source link;
albums with several files;
subscriptions to public Instagram profiles with automatic checks for new publications;
personal delivery settings.

The bot does not require your Instagram username, password, or session data. Send only a public username or a link to public content.

Getting started

Open the bot @InstaDuper_bot.
Press /start.
Send one of the following:

an Instagram username;
a profile link;
a post or reel link;
a story link;
a highlight link.

Supported formats

The bot accepts:

username
@username
https://www.instagram.com/username/
https://www.instagram.com/p/.../
https://www.instagram.com/reel/.../
https://www.instagram.com/stories/.../
links to Instagram story highlights

If the link or username is invalid, the bot will ask you to send the data again.

How to download content

1. Download by username or profile link

Send a username or a profile link. The bot will then show a profile menu with sections such as:

Posts
Short videos
Long videos
Stories
Subscribe

Choose the section you need and then select the item to download.

2. Download a post or reel from a direct link

Simply send the publication link. If the publication is publicly available, the bot will download the media and send it to Telegram.

3. Download stories

If stories are available, the bot will show a menu with:

Current stories
Archived stories / highlights

4. Download highlights

Open the user profile, go to Stories, then select Archived stories. The bot will show a list of story highlights, after which you can download the section you need.

How the bot sends results

Depending on the content type, the bot may:

send one file;
send several files as an album;
send the publication caption as a separate message.

The caption may include:

the publication text;
the author name;
a link to the original item;
the publication date.

Subscriptions to Instagram profiles

If you want to receive new publications automatically:

open the required profile in the bot;
press Subscribe;
the bot will start checking for new publications periodically.

The bot keeps track of what has already been sent and should not send duplicates during automatic delivery.

Limits

In the free mode, the following may apply:

a daily download limit;
a limit on tracked Instagram profiles.

You can check the current limits and access status:

in the Limits menu;
in bot messages after downloading;
in the payment section /billing.

Settings

The /settings section allows you to:

switch language;
choose a time zone;
enable sending as files;
disable captions.

If you prefer media without text or without previews, configure this once in the bot and the settings will be saved.

Payments

The /billing section shows:

available plans;
your subscription status;
available actions for payment and renewal.

If something does not work

Please check:

that the profile or publication is publicly available;
that the link is complete;
that the story has not expired yet;
that you have not reached your limit;
that the target profile has not become private.

Important notes

The bot is intended to work with publicly available content only.
Content availability depends on Instagram and the profile owner.
If a publication has been deleted, the archive is hidden, or the profile has become private, the bot cannot guarantee downloading.
Use the received content lawfully and with respect to the rights of copyright holders.
